Herbes de Provence

  • 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seed
  • 2 tablespoons dried rosemary
  • 3 tablespoons dried marjoram
  • 3 tablespoons dried parsley

Mix together and store in a jar in a cool, dark place. Good with soups, omelets, and stews.
