Winter Squash

Now is the time to feast on acorn, butternut, delicata, and spaghetti squash. Roasting winter squash whole is easy and super tasty.

Recipe:
1 winter squash
Baking tray lined with parchment paper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Puncture small holes with the end of a knife in the outer layer of the squash. Roast until the sides give a bit when pressed. Cut open, scoop out the seeds, add some butter, salt, and pepper and enjoy.

  1. Prepare a Baking tray lined with parchment paper
