Lemon Balm & Ginger Digestif

Makes one serving, multiply for more.

  • 1 tsp. dried lemon balm
  • ½ tsp fresh grated ginger root

Pour 1 cup boiling water over the above ingredients, and let steep covered for 7-8 minutes. Strain, sweeten if desired, and enjoy.
