Mango Lassi – serves 2 generously

1 cup plain, organic yogurt
2 cups cold water
5-6 ice cubes
1 cup chopped mango (peeled and stone removed)
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash of cardamom (optional)
Honey or agave to sweeten to taste
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Enjoy!
