Garlic Spread

  • Roasted garlic
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Bring butter to room temperature. Squeeze out the roasted garlic and mash well with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper.  Use in place of butter for a delicious, healthy boost.
