- 2 cups cranberries
- 3 cups sliced, peeled apples
- ¾ cup granulated sugar, packed
- 1 tbs fresh lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup quick cooking oats
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup flour
- 5 tbs cold butter
Combine fruit, granulated sugar, lemon juice and salt. Put into a buttered baking dish.
Combine brown sugar, oats and flour and cut in butter until mix is crumb like. Spoon over cranberry-apple mixture. Bake at 350 for45 minutes or until topping is lightly brown and fruit is tender.
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
