Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat and place heaping tablespoons of shredded Parmesan cheese ½ inch apart. Bake for 4-5 minutes, until golden brown. Once cooled, peel or lift off with a spatula and store at room temp in a storage container between sheets of wax or parchment paper.
