Ingredients
25juniper berriesdark blue
Peel from 1 organic orangewhite pith scraped off with a spoon
1 ½tablespoonsfresh grated ginger root
2cupssugarI like organic cane sugar
1cupwater
Instructions
Put all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over moderate heat until sugar is dissolved. Turn the heat down and keep on a low simmer, covered, for an hour. Strain and bottle and keep in the fridge. Lasts for about 2 weeks refrigerated.
