A great anti-inflammatory, digestive tea for those chilly evenings.

Ingredients
½tsp.ground turmeric
½tsp.ground cinnamon
½tsp.freshly grated ginger root
2-3cupswater ormy favorite coconut water, you can also do ½ water and ½ coconut water.
A dash of ground pepper
A splash of milksmall bit of butter, or coconut oil for fat which helps you to absorb the turmeric.
Honey or agave to taste. You don’t really need any if you use coconut water.
Instructions
Add all ingredients, other than sweetener, to a saucepan. Whisk over medium heat to blend, turn down heat to low and simmer for around 10 minutes, whisking occasionally. Sweeten if necessary and enjoy
