½cupcrumbled blue cheeseI crumble it from a slice of cheese as opposed to buying it pre-crumbled, much better taste
Milk or substitute to thin

Instructions
You can also add parsley, paprika, thyme, garlic and onion flakes. Whatever suits your fancy. I blend this up in the blender or food processor, you can also mash it up by hand.
*I have also replaced the blue cheese with a light feta for a Greek salad, quite tasty
