Soothing Nervine Tea
I love it as a tea for its calming and nutritive qualities. Oat straw is rather bland taste so I always add some other nervine herbs for taste.

Ingredients
1
tablespoon
dried oat straw
1
tablespoon
dried chamomile
1
tablespoon
dried lemon balm
½
teaspoon
of lavender buds
Instructions
Mix together and use 1 tablespoon of tea mix to 1 cup of boiling water. Let steep for 5-7 minutes, strain and enjoy!
