Ingredients
2cupsfresh cherriespitted and halved
½cupmint or lemon balm leavesthinly sliced
4ozgoat cheese
¼cupchoppedroasted cashews or pistachios
Crackers of choice
Instructions
Combine goat cheese and pistachios. In a separate bowl combine cherries and mint. Spread goat cheese/nut mixture on a cracker, top with cherry mixture. Enjoy!
