Roasted Yams or Sweet Potatoes with Chipotle Cream
So simple but so tasty. Serves 3-4

Ingredients
Roasted Yams or Sweet Potatoes
2
large yams or sweet potatoes
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Chipotle Cream
1/2
Cup
Sour cream or yogurt
1
Clove garlic, minced
1
Chipotle chili in adobo sauce minced, before warned, this is hot!
Instructions
Roasted Yams or Sweet Potatoes
Cut yams into thick slices crosswise, trimming off ends, so they can lay flat on a baking tray.
Grease a baking tray. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil. Layout flat on tray and season with salt and pepper
Cook until tender, about 30-40 minutes
Serve dressed with a dollop of Chipotle cream
Chipotle Cream
Mix together and let sit at room temp before serving.
