Napa Cabbage with Apples, Pomegranate and Radish Salad

Ingredients
3tablespoonsorganic apple cider vinegar
4tablespoonsolive or avocado oil
1teaspoonhoney or agave
1teaspoonDijon mustard
Salt and black pepperto taste
1small head Napa cabbagesliced thin and chopped
3-4radishesthinly sliced, (a mandoline is great for this)
½cuppomegranate seeds
2applescored and thinly sliced
½cupbluegorgonzola or goat cheese (optional)
Instructions
Mix together the vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, and seasonings. Add rest of the ingredients and toss lightly. Add the dressing, use just enough don’t drown the salad. Add salt and pepper if needed. Put on plates and top with cheese.
