Mango Lassi

  • 1 cup plain organic yogurt
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 5-6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup chopped mango peeled and stone removed
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash of cardamom optional
  • Honey or agave to sweeten to taste


  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Enjoy!
