Watermelon Granita Recipe

  • 4 cups cubed, seedless watermelon
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 tbs lime juice

Puree ingredients in a blender. Pour into a 9×13” dish and place in the freezer. Stir with a fork every 30 minutes (set the timer), until mixture is slushy, about 2-21/2 hours.
